VIP Benefits

VIP Launch Pricing

Leave a non-refundable $5 deposit to unlock reserved VIP launch pricing for the Keychron Orca echo Kickstarter campaign.
The deposit reserves your VIP benefits. It is not an early purchase of the keyboard; orders open when the campaign officially launches.

Complimentary VIP Gift

Receive a complimentary Keychron 2-in-1 Switch & Keycap Puller with your Orca echo Kickstarter order.
Reserved exclusively for VIP reservation holders.

VIP G6 HE Giveaway

VIP reservation holders who place an Orca echo order on Kickstarter and successfully complete payment will qualify for a separate draw. Five winners will each receive one Keychron G6 HE.
The $5 VIP deposit alone does not qualify you for the draw. There is also a separate email signup draw with three winners. If you qualify for both draws, you may enter both, but you can win only once.
The winners will be announced in late December and contacted individually.

Dedicated VIP Purchase Channel

A private VIP link will be emailed to you when the Orca echo Kickstarter campaign goes live. Use it to access your dedicated VIP purchase channel and place your order during the campaign.

Please be aware that the VIP link is accessible only during the active campaign and will expire when the Kickstarter project ends.

To make sure you don’t miss it: The email will come from hello@Keychron.com. Please add this address to your contacts or safe sender list to prevent it from being filtered into spam.

Dedicated Launch Support

Receive priority customer support throughout the Orca echo Kickstarter launch period, including assistance with your VIP reservation, purchase link, and campaign-related questions.

One critical rule

The email on your Kickstarter order must be identical to your VIP reservation email so we can match your order to your VIP benefits. Orders placed with a different email cannot be matched to your VIP reservation.

Terms & Conditions

1）The Keychron Orca echo VIP Reservation campaign is valid from November 4, 2026, to November 17, 2026. The $5 USD reservation deposit is non-refundable and serves as a commitment to secure exclusive VIP launch benefits for the Keychron Orca echo Kickstarter campaign.

2）Only one (1) VIP reservation is required per user. Multiple reservation deposits will not provide additional discounts or benefits.

3）This reservation offer is exclusively applicable to the purchase of the Keychron Orca echo during its official Kickstarter crowdfunding campaign.

4）VIP reservation holders will receive:
Exclusive VIP launch pricing
Priority access to first-batch availability
A complimentary Keychron 2-in-1 Switch & Keycap Puller
Eligibility for the VIP G6 HE giveaway, subject to the requirements in Clause 7

5）Users who subscribe to the email newsletter without placing a VIP reservation deposit will still receive access to Kickstarter pricing, campaign launch reminders, feature updates, and early product announcements. They may also qualify for the separate email subscriber G6 HE giveaway, subject to the requirements in Clause 7.

6）The Keychron Orca echo Kickstarter campaign launch date, pricing structure, and fulfillment schedule remain subject to final campaign confirmation.

7）There are two separate G6 HE giveaways:
- Email subscriber draw: Users who submit their email and place and pay for an Orca echo order on Kickstarter will qualify. Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) G6 HE.

- VIP reservation draw: Users who pay the VIP reservation deposit and place and pay for an Orca echo order on Kickstarter will qualify. Five (5) winners will each receive one (1) G6 HE.

Submitting an email or paying the VIP deposit alone does not qualify a user for either draw. Users who meet the requirements for both draws may participate in both, but each user may win only once. A winner in one draw will not be eligible to win in the other. Winners will be announced in late December 2026 and contacted individually.

8）To match a Kickstarter order to a VIP reservation and its associated benefits, including VIP giveaway eligibility, the email address used for the Kickstarter order must be identical to the VIP reservation email address. Orders placed with a different email address cannot be matched to the VIP reservation.

9）Keychron reserves the right of final interpretation for the VIP Reservation campaign.
